These Terms govern your use of Kerb's website and services. By requesting a quote, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Kerb provides subscription exterior property care (such as lawn, edging, and exterior upkeep). Kerb operates as a marketplace that connects customers with independent, vetted local service providers who perform the work. We coordinate scheduling and provide before/after photo documentation.
Service is currently available in Atlanta, GA and the surrounding metro area. Availability for a given property depends on local crew coverage.
Work is performed by independent service providers, not Kerb employees. We vet providers, but you acknowledge they are independent contractors responsible for their own work and conduct.
We capture before/after photos to document service quality. We may use anonymized photos for quality assurance and marketing. [Confirm if you want a marketing-use opt-out.]
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kerb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
We may update these Terms; the "Effective" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
