access notes, and service preferences when you request a quote, sign up, or contact us.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe.
Kerb does not store your full card details.
- Usage & device data: collected automatically via cookies and similar
technologies, including pages viewed and basic device/browser information.
- Advertising data: we may use advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel and
LinkedIn Insight Tag) to measure and improve our marketing.
How we use your information
- To provide, schedule, and deliver our services and match you with a local service provider.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about your account, service, and support.
- To improve our website and services, and for marketing and advertising.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate — including Stripe (payments),
Airtable (customer records), Resend (email), and Netlify (hosting).
- Our vetted local crews, who receive the details needed to perform service at
your property.
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn) through measurement pixels.
- Legal/compliance purposes, when required by law.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business
