How much can I earn?
Jobs start at $45+, and you keep 80% — the platform rate is a flat 20%. The real upside is volume and consistency: recurring routes mean steady, predictable income instead of feast-or-famine, and as your rating climbs you unlock more routes and the premium recurring and short-term-rental jobs that pay the most.
What does the 20% cover?
Everything you'd otherwise pay for or chase: finding the customers, building and scheduling your routes, all billing and collections, support, and the app. Your customer-acquisition cost drops to zero — no ads, no flyers, no door-knocking, no late invoices.
How fast will I get my first job?
In Atlanta — our live market — typically within 24 hours of passing vetting, matched to your ZIP, availability, and property type. In markets we're still launching, you claim your ZIP now and get matched first as we go live there. We open new markets in the top short-term-rental areas, so signing up early means you're first in line when Kerb arrives near you.
What am I responsible for on each visit?
Great work and a before-and-after photo. That photo is the whole report — it's what the owner sees, and it's how you earn the rating that grows your routes. No paperwork, no invoicing.
What if an owner isn't happy?
Ratings drive everything. A low score moves you to "under review" with fewer matches until the work recovers; consistent quality moves you up to Trusted and Top-rated, where you get first pick and the premium routes. Do good work and the platform sends you more of it.
